These terms are an agreement between you and Brandstitch LLC (“Brandstitch,” “we,” or “us”). By using brandstitch.io or placing an order, you agree to them.
An order is confirmed once you approve the digital proof. Because every piece is embroidered on demand with your logo, orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval — production begins immediately. Your written quote confirms a ship date; rush options are quoted separately.
You retain ownership of your logos and artwork. By uploading them, you grant Brandstitch a limited license to digitize, reproduce, and embroider the artwork solely to fulfill your order. You warrant that you have the right to use the artwork you upload.
We stand behind the stitch. If the embroidery itself fails — thread pulls, letters unravel, stitching lifts — email a photo to hello@brandstitch.io and we replace the piece. For any other defect in workmanship, sizing, or color, email within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund at our discretion. Approved proofs are final; we can’t refund an order because the logo looks different than you expected on the garment after you signed off.
To the extent permitted by law, Brandstitch’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
