Embroidery isn't printing. We redraw your logo as stitches by hand — no auto-tracing — so thin lines and small text come out clean.
We send a photo-realistic mockup of your logo on your garment, usually within two business days. One revision included. Nothing gets stitched until you say go.
Every piece is inspected before it's packed. Pick up in Woodbridge, or we ship it to you with tracking.
Most orders ship about a week after you approve the proof. Larger runs take longer, and a tight deadline is often doable — put your date in the brief and we'll give you a real one in writing before you commit.
Your file, thread colors, and placement are saved. A reorder skips straight to production.
