Overview

Brandstitch LLC (“Brandstitch,” “we,” or “us”) builds custom embroidered apparel for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use brandstitch.io or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — name, business name, email, phone, shipping address when you create an account, request a sample, or place an order.
• Design files — logos and artwork you upload for embroidery. We store these for order fulfillment and repeat orders.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, and referral source, collected via standard web logs.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, send transactional email (order status, shipping updates), respond to quote requests, improve the site, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product news. We don’t sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to view, export, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@brandstitch.io. We honor GDPR and CCPA-style requests regardless of your location.
